Our dog daycare offers a supervised space where dogs can socialize, play, exercise, and enjoy their day while feeling right at home. In our full-service grooming salon, our experienced groomers tailor each session to your dog’s unique needs using only high-quality, pet-safe products.

Laila Donatelli Vaz
Co-owner | Professional Pet Groomer
Originally from Brazil, I’ve been calling Calgary home since 2021. My journey in animal care began with a bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences and a specialization in Wildlife Rehabilitation and Management, both earned in Brazil. I’ve always had a deep love for animals, which naturally led me to the world of grooming.
I completed my grooming course in 2015 and spent few years working as a bather and junior groomer in Brazil.
After living and working as bather for two years in Sydney, Australia, where I also earned a Certificate in Leadership and Management, I moved to Canada and further expanded my knowledge with a Veterinary Assistant certificate here in Calgary.
Since then, I’ve been working as a dog groomer for over four years, combining technical skill with genuine care for each pet I meet. I believe grooming should be a positive, gentle, and stress-free experience for every dog.
Outside the salon, I’m a travel lover (I’ve visited over 25 countries!) and proud dog mom to two playful Pomeranians, Luiggi and Nelson.
Thais Nardi
Co-owner | Accountant
Originally from Brazil, I’ve been calling Canada home since 2018. My professional background is in Accounting and Finance, and I’m the founder of Nardi Accounting Services, where I support entrepreneurs and small business owners across Canada with bookkeeping, tax, and financial planning services.
I grew up surrounded by dogs, and my love for animals has always been a big part of my life. Back in Brazil, I volunteered with local dog shelters and rescue organizations, which deepened my passion for animal care and wellbeing. In my early days in Canada, I also worked as a dog sitter on the side, helping families care for their pets while building my new life here.
My passion for animals and business eventually came together when I became co-owner of the daycare and grooming salon. As both an owner and accountant, I love helping create a welcoming environment where pets are cared for with attention, patience, and love, while also building a business that families can truly trust.
Outside of work, I’m passionate about travel, entrepreneurship, gardening and spending time with animals. I’m also a proud dog mom to Duda, my rescue dog who made the journey with me from Brazil to Canada. I believe every dog deserves to feel safe, happy, and loved while away from home.

Ivy Chi Pham
Professional Pet Groomer
My journey into grooming started with wanting to give the best care possible to my two babies, Collie (Mini Poodle), and Leo (Golden Retriever).
From learning how to correctly brush Collie’s coat to properly deshedding Leo, that’s where my passion for pet grooming began.
Seeing every dog’s transformation has always been incredibly rewarding, and honestly too satisfying for me to ever give up.
Now, with 3 years of grooming experience (and counting), I still genuinely love what I do every day: helping pets look and feel their best while bringing smiles to their owners after every appointment. 🐾
